The second Transnational Project Meeting was held on 28 September 2026 at the Faculty of Geography, University of Bucharest, bringing together 10 academic and administrative staff members from all partner institutions: the University of Bucharest, Aix-Marseille University (AMU), the Hellenic Educational Society of STEM (E3STEM), and the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), with some participants joining remotely.
The meeting focused on two key priorities as the project enters its final phase: disseminating project results and ensuring the long-term sustainability of project outcomes. Partners reviewed ongoing dissemination activities and discussed strategies to further increase the visibility and impact of the project’s achievements at both national and international levels.
A brief update was provided on the National Conference organised by NKUA in Greece on 26 September 2026, highlighting participant engagement and the promotion of the project’s results among relevant stakeholders. Building on this successful event, partners agreed on the main framework and objectives of the forthcoming multiplier events, including the national conferences in Romania and France and the international webinar. Particular emphasis was placed on ensuring strong outreach and maximising the visibility of project results across diverse target groups.
Preparing the final project report was another major agenda item. As the project approaches its conclusion, partners discussed the reporting process and reviewed the National Agency’s recommendations. These guidelines aim to ensure accuracy, consistency, transparency, and comprehensive documentation of all project activities, outputs, and impacts.
The meeting confirmed the partners’ shared commitment to successfully completing the remaining project activities and ensuring that the project’s results continue to benefit educational communities and stakeholders beyond the project’s lifetime.
